These Terms of Service govern your use of the Discord application named Daily Escalation Target Loot and the related ProtoTrack bot pages. By adding or using the bot on a Discord server, you agree to these terms.
Service Description
Daily Escalation Target Loot posts current Target Loot information to Discord channels selected by server administrators.
Discord Requirements
You must follow Discord's Terms of Service, Community Guidelines, Developer Terms, and other applicable Discord rules when using the bot. You are responsible for making sure you have permission to add and configure the bot on a Discord server.
Server Setup
- A server admin or authorized user may configure the Target Loot bot with
/targetloot setup. - The selected channel must allow the bot to View Channel, Send Messages, and Attach Files.
- You may disable posting with
/targetloot disableor by removing the bot from the server.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the bot, disrupt the service, abuse Discord APIs, or use the service for unlawful, harassing, or abusive purposes.
Server Configuration
You are responsible for the Discord server and channel choices submitted through the bot. You grant ProtoTrack permission to store and use that configuration as needed to post Target Loot updates to the selected channel.
Availability
The bot is provided on an as-available basis. We may change, pause, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee that Target Loot posts, Discord commands, or website features will always be available or error-free.
Third-Party Services
ProtoTrack depends on Discord and hosting providers. We are not responsible for outages, permission changes, API changes, rate limits, or other issues caused by third-party services.
No Official Affiliation
ProtoTrack is an independent community project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Discord, Ubisoft, Massive Entertainment, or Tom Clancy's The Division 2.
Termination
We may restrict or terminate access to ProtoTrack if the service is misused, if these terms are violated, or if continued access would create operational, security, legal, or community risk.
Disclaimer
ProtoTrack is provided without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, ProtoTrack is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, lost profits, or service interruptions.
Changes
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. The updated date at the top of this page shows when they were last changed. Continued use of ProtoTrack after changes means you accept the updated terms.
