Red Moon Unleashed
15 October–3 November 2026. Explore D.C. during Heavy Storms and Blood Storms to encounter Moon Cultists. Logging in during the event grants the Bound Slasher Mask.
- Lunatic enemies gain Damage and Rate of Fire. Their death explosion scales with the killing hit.
- Moon Cultists can appear among Hyenas, True Sons, Outcasts, Black Tusk and Underground enemies. Defeating them can trigger bosses or drop Revenant Bounties.

Event Keys & Daily Boost
Spend earned Event Keys at the Base of Operations event vendor on Apparel Caches, Gear Caches or Community Challenge contributions.
- Daily Boost halves the kill requirements for your first 150 Moon Cultist kills each day. It resets at 08:00 UTC.
- Kills inside Revenant Bounties do not count toward Moon Cultist key progress. Bounty completion grants one key.
- 20 Red Moon Altars offer Gear Cache pool loot. Each altar can be destroyed once daily, resetting at 08:00 UTC; destroying one can summon Moon Cultists.
- Unused Event Keys expire at the event’s end. Purchased Apparel Keys work only on Apparel Caches and convert back to 100 Premium Credits per unused key.

Revenant Bounties
Each completed bounty grants one Event Key, a 50% chance at its themed Arm Patch and either an Exotic Cache (80%) or the listed Exotic (20%). Complete all six for the event commendation and Necromancer Arm Patch.

Event Caches
The Apparel Cache collection has 43 items. Completing it awards The Necromancer Backpack Trophy. Gameplay keys or purchased Apparel Keys (100 Premium Credits each) can open Apparel Caches.
- Gear Caches can contain Lichtenberg, the Named Classic M1A. Its Run and Gun talent is linked below; the published PvP damage discrepancy remains documented.
- Seasonal Named Items: Handbasket, The Harvest, Chill Out, Sleigher, Slingshot, Oh Carol, First Sight, Quickstep, Festive Delivery, Snow Machine, Bell Ringer, First Bloom and Rabid D50.
- Special Named Items: Stack Broker, Lexington, Turmoil, Caretaker, Shield Splinterer, Huntsman and Hunter-Killer.

Creator Collaboration
15 October–3 November: PurePrime, SOLIDFPS and Widdz each offer a six-project chain. A project requires five activities in a designated D.C. Named Zone.
- One new project unlocks daily in each chain. Complete projects in order; released projects stay available until the event ends.
- Project rewards include Named Item Caches, Exotic Components, Recalibration Caches and Optimization Caches. Completing a creator’s chain awards their themed backpack.
- Loot containers throughout the game can also contain each creator’s cap, T-shirt and hoodie.
Conflict · CCC & Prometheus Terminal
Conflict ranks now reach 200. Ranks above 100 require the same XP as rank 100. Conflict Commendation Currency (CCC) replaces end-of-match caches.
- Earn 60 CCC for a win, 30 for a loss and 45 per rank gained. Every fifth rank also awards the milestone cache listed below.
- The Prometheus Terminal sits beneath the BOO helipad. It unlocks at Character Level 15, with items scaling up to Level 40.
- Terminal caches: Conflict, Conflict Specialist, DZ Exotic Component, Reconstructed and DZ Prototype.
- Daily direct-buy rotation: two high-roll Named Weapons, two Named Gear pieces, two Gear Set pieces, two Gear/Skill Mods, one random Exotic and one random Prototype. Ubisoft does not list CCC prices here.
- Overdrive Micro Event stat bonuses are disabled in all Conflict matches.

Gameplay & Loot Notes
Movement Speed bonuses stack additively and are capped at a total bonus of 20%, including Quickstep, Acosta’s Kneepads and Lady Death.
- Red Moon bosses in the PvE Dark Zone now drop contaminated loot as intended.
- The excess Phoebe drop rates for Capacitor, Nemesis, Dread Edict, Liberty, Chatterbox, Ridgeway’s Pride, Dodge City Gunslinger, Catharsis, Overlord and Acosta’s Kneepads were corrected. No replacement drop percentages were published.
- The Dark Zone Striker’s Gamble counter display was corrected from 300 to 200; this is a UI fix.
- The Georgetown Dead Zone Classified Assignment releases on 15 October.
